I'm with Arielle on many points. If we continue to rush into wars like i was the last 2 times then i won'y have fun and I'll quit!
on another point, we all act independently and this should be a team's effort. By this i mean guys should give what is requested and read first before giving. And even, our opponent should be selected in a team perspective. I mist the first few hours and I was at the bottom of CC but all that was left to attack was Top Players... Do you think I had fun managing to get 1 point at all?

Working on solutions Fooshuit.  Doing a fun, learning/ teaching war right now. Not about winning or losing. Trying to work out our kinks. Lots of clan mail, lots of chat reminders.. Hopefully we get our point across |

I am concerned that because the loot bonus is not shared through out the clan equally for the wins we get that this is becoming an individual thing as well more then a team. I didn't have to attack last time because we did well and I left the bottom ones for the lower level guys. There was only the too ones left which were too hard for me. That said. I also spent $2 million with zero ROI for the 3 rd time. I'm a fan of maybe 2 wars right after eachother and then 2 weeks off. But players need to remember we need time to trophy push and prep farm etc. it's getting frustrating for me as a leader to keep up. Unknown the coleaders are feeling it too.

Maybe slack up on donations Sweedy, let them help each other more . They are awesome guys they want to donate, they will understand. Monitor, you dont have to be the one filling all the cc request. |

I will. Just wanted to add my thoughts in here. You were here for the first war remember. I decided to give them an added advantage the second time round. However tonight they will be ready to help.
Everyone wants a war here every week. The polls suggest every two weeks. Thoughts?

Well, IMO.. If your doing it for fun , learning skills and keeping people active, the more the better. However. If your doing it to win every time and putting to much pressure on a small number of people to win, to donate and be actively pushing others you should have more down time in-between. It certainly depends on how well your clan is doing, how active people are and how much they understand the war games.. And of course everyone's attitude. |

We decided on once a week at cca, though i kinda feel once every two weeks would be more sustainable. Of course everyone doesn't agree and there are those that no matter how many times u say "war on Friday" , they still ask to start a war. I know how u feel Kelsey, my troops are much higher level than almost everyone else's so i try to fill as many castles as possible. I dont mind, but it does strain the resources. Our strategy has worked well, scheduling, lowest level guys attacking early, mid level attacking mid day and high level attacking last. Only we've had poor attendance and some people just won't listen but im convinced the strategy works well, really benefitting the top players who can take much easier targets.

Ok I didn't read much of this but I just want to say that we might need to save the very big bases that are farmers and have a ton of loot for the "better" clan members so u don't waste an attack getting one star when u could get 3 stars on another attack with someone of equal level

Right, Whaley. Better to 2 star someone your own level and save the exposed th10's for someone who may be able to 2 or 3 star it.
