How to Earn your elder includes a mix of the following:
1- loyalty
2- tenure
3- socialability
4- donations
5- activity with new recruits as well as existing members
6- and most importantly is your alignment with clan leadership!

FIRST step was finding your way here buddy, donate till it hurts, help your fellows , kneel before Queen Sweedy in service and try and hit master league for me during next push. There are so many people here who are asking about elder and many who deserve it. I can't make everyone elder though. Remeber donations are important but not the only thing.
Promotions to come out during the next season. For those who don't know what a season is in coc its 2 weeks.
Everyone at ccb is a valuable player lets keep up the team atmosphere. Regardless of titles ! You guys are all awesome !
