Once I go through the tour, I know I get elder. But does my level or trophy count decide what clan I will be eldered in? Also, one of the rules was keep donations above 500 per season. I do that most of the time, but there are some points throughout the year were I can on trips for a total of 3-8 days. That will make it a struggle for 500. If it is one of those times but I do not make 500 because of a trip, will I still get demoted? ( I say it alot, you guys rock  ) |

Hey Aidan Level and trophy count are not a huge factor in where you will be staying as an Elder, in fact many Elders move around frequently. Which clan you consider your 'home' will be a combination of your choices and where your leadership skills are most needed. As for the 500 donations, as long as you tell other clan mates that you will be away, it won't lead to you being demoted. Demotion of an Elder is taken seriously, and wouldn't happen for just one season of low donations, especially when you give good reasons. |

Tom as always is providing some sage info. In addition, the Tour for Elder status is for CC only. Eldership at the feeders is determined locally by the Feeder Leaders and does not earn you Elder Status at CC. Only a Tour can accomplish this.
When you are planning to be away for a few days or more, I recommend moving to one of the feeders. If you have earned Elder at CC, you have an automatic right to return and we will make room for you if we are full.

That would be me eazy. You've made the first step by registering here. Have you read the Leadership Roadmap? Sounds like you have.
Read anything else you find interesting, especially the Introductions, leave your own and get to know your clan.
Your donations are quite good, thanks! Be active in chat and help newer players when you can, Chat up Swedish and Arielle. They make the decisions at CCB. After you read the Leaderhip thread, come to CC once you reach crystal level. After some time there you may be offered to do the Tour. this will earn you Elder at all of our clans permanently.

well hey, even if it takes me a while to become an elder in any of the the clans, I enjoy being apart of CC, anxious for clan Wars and have gotten a lot better as a player.
