I'm not Elder, but if I would I might be tempted to kickout a player that has received 315+ troops withoup giving even one... Name start with "m".

Don't be sorry if the ratio is ridiculous. Let your elders know or give them a warning yourself. If the problem continues then an elder will do the kicking!
