Well since I'm using an android I had to link it with google+, my phone won't allow me to log in, soooooo yep.

Nope, phone doesn't support it apparently. I've emailed supercell so we'll have to see if they can link it to my facebook or something. Otherwise, that account is basically an anchor just sitting there  |

There's actually this program called BlueStacks which is an Android interface app on the comp. You can download the game on your comp and try to see if you can get your account back!
