Hey everyone. By now you've probably heard about the small problems happening in the clans, and communication is becoming a problem so I think it'd be great for everyone if we talked about it here so everyone knows whats up.
So...wtf is happening? All I've really heard is that Kreger left, CC is becoming weaker, and some people from CCA are being moved back to CC (myself included), but I don't think it's a really good idea to be kicking people out of CC to make room for CCA members. Adam also mentioned working out a new system for running CC based on the votes/ideas of the Elders, which I think is a great idea but we need to have things organised, or else it'll just go to hell haha..

I'm gonna say it Sean is a problem. He is alienating the other members and is way too aggressive on the chats. Today he was asking who was black and was telling people to go join other clans. I told him to stop and let the elders lead the clan.
Also I think we need to focus on cc and make sure the moral is up on cc. I'm on the verge of kicking Sean out. Maybe if we did kreger would come back.

This revolving door of kids and their obsessive need to chat about absolutely nothing is driving me insane. I feel like a babysitter when I have had to warn numerous ?kids? for not donating their share and for begging to be elder and demanding high troops yet unable and or not willing to reciprocate.
How about we turn cca into a kids clan and have an invite only rule and a min xp lvl to join cc, Adam had mentioned the min xp thing yesterday. Great idea.

I think we just need to set the expectations and make examples of those who aren't reciprocating.

Hey Tom. It was a bad day for the Clan earlier this week but things are on the mend and with the repatriation of our CCA elders we are, in fact, stronger than we've ever been.
We are running at full strength at CC and sending lots of guys to CCA, some of whom may actually stay.
Charby, thanks a ton for taking the reins over there.
We have a lot of new faces and some of them are quite young. Let's keep that in mind when dealing with these kids. They may need to be reminded to show some manners/respect at times, but no one has mentioned making this an adults only clan and I don't think that's where we want to go with this.
Having said that, I know we can all count on our Elders to enforce good sportsmanship and insta-kick anyone who crosses the line.
Ladies, if there's anything getting under your skin, don't be shy about it. The last thing we need is another Elder stewing about something until they snap and go elsewhere.
I've put a template on the Introductions page and it would be great if all the Elders got to know each other a bit. Strictly voluntary. If it works out we can expand it to the rest of the Clans.
Tom, is it easy to make this thread or a section for Elders only?

Okay, yea the storm has taken me offline (I'm on my phone) but once I have power I can easily make an Elders only section.
